FINUT CONFERENCE POLICIES

1 – CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Essence of politics

The quality and scientific excellence of the Conference are two fundamental and essential aspects. To guarantee these aspects, FINUT considers the participation of all stakeholders and sectors involved in the field of food and nutrition indispensable.

Measures

  • All proposals for participation received by the FINUT Conference will be evaluated by an internationally renowned Scientific Committee. The committee is announced on the Conference website.
  • The relevance and scientific quality of each and every activity proposed by the entities is required.
  • In none of the organized activities may any reference be made to or advertising of any specific brand of products.
  • The conference will have a defined stand area and, outside of that area, entities will not be able to use the conference spaces to promote any particular product or service.
  • Regarding the stands, the entities must submit a proposal with the products and services that will be offered in them in order to be evaluated and, if appropriate, authorized by the Conference Organizing Committee.

2 – TRANSPARENCY POLICY

Measures

Participating entities, both public and private, are subject to compliance with the following specifications:

  • All symposia include information about their organizers, and if there is a collaborator other than the organizer, their name will be recognized within the program.
  • The stands are clearly identified by the sponsoring entity.
  • Any other type of collaboration is also visibly recognized in the various media that the Conference offers.
