OBJETIVO GENERAL

To establish itself as the reference forum in the Ibero‑American sphere for exchange, discussion and the integration of all stakeholders in Food and Nutrition; promoting the development of evidence‑based solutions that advance equitable food and nutrition and help to improve population health.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

To offer a scientific program of excellence, reflecting the latest advances in Clinical Nutrition, Nutritional Epidemiology, Food Science and Technology, sustainability and applied tools.

To encourage the active participation of young researchers and professionals, promoting intergenerational exchange and the development of new scientific capabilities.

To promote dialogue and collaboration between the academic, clinical, institutional and business sectors, fostering the construction of networks and strategic alliances in the region.

To stimulate the creation and application of innovative solutions based on scientific evidence,that respond to real problems of nutritional equity and public health, contributing to sustainable policies, tools and practices in the region.
