September 30, 2026: Deadline for submitting symposium proposals
Important: El precio indicado del simposio incluye la inscripción completa de 3 ponentes y 1 moderador.
Grades:
1) No proposal will be accepted if submitted through any means other than the official one, which is through this page.
2) The bills regarding the participation of the speakers (travel and accommodation)) will be the responsibility of the entity proposing the symposium.
3) The sessions will be included in the Scientific Program with the name of the entity/entities organizing the symposium.

The organizing entity must select one of the 4 thematic areas of the FINUT 2027 Conference
- Clinical Nutrition and Healthy Nutrition in the Life Cycle
- Nutritional epidemiology and public health challenges in Ibero-America
- Methods and tools in Nutrition
- Safe, healthy, sustainable and social food

General regulations
DYNAMICOnce your proposal is received, it will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee to issue a decision, which will be duly communicated to your email address.
WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? Important: Prices include registration fees for speakers and moderators.
- Scientific symposium organized by public, academic, non-profit entities and international organizations 1,800 USD
- Scientific symposium organized by non-profit business entities 3,000 USD
- Scientific symposium organized by companies 4,500 USD

Symposium proposals must be submitted through the platform where you will need to complete the following sections:
- Type of Symposium
- Issue

- Target audience of the Symposium
- Summary / Factors that explain the importance of the Symposium
- Moderator
- Speakers
Grades:
a) No proposal will be accepted if it is submitted through any means other than the official one, which is through this page.
b) Proposals will be accepted in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Symposium submission instructions
- The submission of the symposium proposal will be carried out exclusively through the online platform of the FINUT 2027 Conference.
- To submit your proposal, you will need to create a user account on the platform.
- From your account you will be able to:
- Consultar y editar su propuesta.
- Review the notifications of the event.
- Visualizar la inscripción de sus ponentes y del moderador.
- Para acceder a la plataforma de envío de propuestas de simposios haga clic en el botón de abajo «Acceda aquí para enviar su/s propuesta/s de simposio/s» disponible en esta página.
- El Comité Organizador se pondrá en contacto con usted para hacerle saber la resolución sobre la aceptación del simposio en el evento y para indicarle el proceso de pago.
La entidad organizadora deberá leer cuidadosamente su trabajo antes de realizar el envío.

En ese caso, acceda a la plataforma en el botón de abajo y acuda al apartado «Simposios» o «Simposios/Mesas» del menú lateral.
Una vez dentro del apartado, podrá añadir su/s simposio/s en el botón azul situado en la parte superior derecha de la pantalla.
